Hypnosis is a collaborative process between the client and the facilitator intended to support personal growth and positive change at both conscious and subconscious levels.

Daniel Maresca is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and is not a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, or mental health professional. Hypnotherapy services provided are non-medical and non-therapeutic in nature and are not intended to replace professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

Hypnotherapy should not be used as a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a licensed healthcare provider. If you are currently under the care of a medical or mental health professional for any condition for which you are seeking hypnotherapy support, you are encouraged to obtain written approval or referral from your provider prior to beginning sessions.

In accordance with North Carolina State Statutes, hypnotherapy services are not provided for the treatment of diagnosed mental or physical conditions without appropriate referral from a licensed practitioner of the healing arts.
