Hypnosis Tools
In the hypnotic state there are a wide array of tools that are utilized to resolve your challenge or reach your goal. Below are the ones most commonly used in my sessions:

Holographic Memory Resolution
HMR enables individuals who have experienced trauma to access memories of these past experiences and heal from them without becoming re-traumatized or overwhelmed by painful feelings. This innovative approach, which is grounded in somatic psychology, emphasizes the mind-body connection, and trained practitioners can utilize this technique to help individuals release past trauma and emotional and physical pain.
Parts Work
Parts work is the concept that our personality is composed of a number of various parts from our subconscious. The goal of parts work in hypnotherapy is to resolve a client's issue by having the person's true Self dialogue with a part or parts from the subconscious. Those parts can be unknowingly creating internal conflict, unwanted behaviors or suppressing emotions that need to be expressed. Using various guided strategies within that dialogue the client is able to bring that part in alignment with the clients goal and desired outcome.
Regression
Regression is an approach that focuses on resolving significant past events believed to be contributing to the client's current challenges. Hypnosis allows a client to very quickly be taken to a specific initiating event in their past. The process is safe and effective when combined with other tools like core transformation and T.A.T. which elevate the state of the part and shift that part's energy towards the event.
HeartMath
HeartMath Certified Practitioners teach simple but powerful techniques for self-regulation, to improve vagal tone, regulate the autonomic nervous system and create coherent states between the heart and the brain. The use of computer technologies to monitor heart rate variability and heart coherence are also utilized as a form of biofeedback to deepen the learning of maintenance of these self-regulated states.
NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming)
Neuro-linguistic programming studies the ways our thoughts affect our behavior. It looks at the ways our brains interpret the signals they receive and how these interpretations affect what we do. It does this through language – the linguistic part of neuro-linguistic programming techniques. By examining how our brains process information, NLP techniques help us to look at our thoughts, feelings and emotions as things that we can control rather than things that passively happen to us.
T.A.T. (Acupressure Technique)
The Tapas Acupressure Technique (T.A.T.) combines holding acupressure points on your head and going through a series of 9 statements. TAT is part of a larger family of mind-body healing techniques collectively known as Energy Psychology. Research suggests that TAT can be effective on stress, weight loss maintenance and numerous other issues. With TAT you can heal without reliving anything, talking about it, digging for core issues or figuring anything out.
EFT Tapping
Tapping, also known as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), is a powerful stress relief technique. Tapping is based on the combined principles of ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology. Similar to T.A.T. it falls under the category of energy psychology because it uses Chinese acupressure points. Studies have shown that EFT decreases the stress hormone cortisol.
Biofield Tuning
The term biofield refers to our body’s electrical system in its entirety - both the electric current that runs through our bodies, and the magnetic field that surrounds it. Biofield Tuning is a sound therapy method that works directly with this system, seeing it as inextricably connected with our conscious and subconscious mind, including our memories.
The process of Biofield Tuning involves using a tuning fork to provide the nervous system with feedback as to areas of dissonant frequencies (traumas, difficult memories, injuries etc.). The nervous system then attunes itself and self-corrects those dissonant frequencies given that feedback.
