Client Participation Agreement

By booking a session with Daniel Maresca Hypnosis, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Voluntary Participation

I understand that participation in hypnotherapy is voluntary and that I am choosing to engage in this work of my own free will.

Process & Results

I understand that personal change is a process and that results vary. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

Personal Responsibility

I understand that I am responsible for my own choices, actions, and integration of insights gained during sessions. I acknowledge that this work is collaborative and that I am an active participant in the process.

Scope of Practice

I understand that Daniel Maresca is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, not a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, or mental health professional. Hypnotherapy services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychological conditions and are not a substitute for medical or mental health care.

If I am currently under the care of a licensed healthcare provider for any medical or psychological condition, I understand that I am responsible for consulting that provider prior to participating in hypnotherapy services.

Client Rights

I understand that I have the right to:

Refuse or discontinue services at any time
Ask questions about the process
Be treated with respect and professionalism
Receive services free of physical, verbal, or sexual misconduct

Scheduling, Payment & Cancellation Policy

Session Fees

Individual hypnotherapy sessions are currently priced at $215 per session. Package options are available and priced separately.

Payment

Payment for individual sessions is processed following the scheduled appointment. Package purchases are processed at the time of checkout.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time may result in the full session fee being charged.

Packages

Multi-session packages are non-refundable and must be used within the specified validity period outlined at the time of purchase.

Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential and will not be shared without written authorization except where required by law.

Virtual Sessions

For online sessions, I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure a private, quiet environment and a stable internet connection.

Recording Policy

Session recordings provided for personal use remain the intellectual property of Daniel Maresca Hypnosis and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold.

By booking and checking the agreement box at checkout, I confirm that:

I am at least 18 years of age
I have read and understand this agreement
I consent to participate in hypnotherapy services
I accept the terms outlined above
