In this first session you'll learn exactly how to begin eating in a way that fuels your metabolism to look and feel your best. You'll also learn the simple steps of fine-tuning those meals to get even better metabolic responses.

Nutrition Program Session 2 (Online - Zoom)
In this 2nd nutrition session we are focused on program boosters that will enhance the effectiveness of your program. You'll receive a list of all of the program boosters and we'll work together to map out which you would like to focus on for the best results.

Mindset Program Sessions 1 & 2 (Online - Zoom)
Early on during your first session I will support you to shift your state into one of peace, ease and positivity especially around your issue with your body and weight. We will also use neurolinguistic programming techniques to address your predominant
behavior that is affecting your weight.
Finally we will record a hypnotic programming audio that you will listen to daily throughout your program. Your second session will involve more techniques around shifting your emotional state and some of the behaviors around food and exercise.

Mindset Program Sessions 3 & 4 (Online - Zoom)
In sessions 3 & 4, I will help guide you to an inner dialogue with the conflicting parts that are not quite aligned with your goal of weight loss. These inner parts are doing their best and are well meaning but they don't realize that they are making life harder for you. In a hypnotic state you are able to dialogue with these inner parts and come to
a place of understanding and alignment.
An example of an inner conflicting part is the part that chatters in your mind that "it's okay if you eat another serving" or it causes you to completely blank out not even
realize that you keep eating despite not being truly hungry.
In some cases we may even dialogue with parts of your physical body or even those stubborn hard to lose areas of your body. This is amazingly effective and will
free up a lot of energy that can be better used elsewhere.

In sessions 5 & 6, we use childhood regression to go back to those early formative years and the events that created the beliefs that created the emotions and behaviors and even created your body.
All of the ways that you learned to use food as a strategy for coping with life and surviving are brought to the surface and healed. This is a beautiful process of returning to wholeness, and finding forgiveness and understanding.

One of the best ways to uncover the deeper causes for weight gain is through the use of breath-work. By using breath-work we are able to access emotions in the body that otherwise are tucked away deep in the subconscious and in your physical body.
Profound healing can happen with breath-work and the processes used in this program go far beyond simply doing facilitated breath-work. This is truly
